Hannah - At Blade HQ answers the phone and from her first words to handling the issue I called about - it was an amazing experience. So happy to deal with professionals- like Hannah on the phone and a pleasure start to finish.

I wanted to buy a knife and a tool to sharpen, after 2 days I received an email saying that the stock was an error and that they did not have the knife, 5 minutes later an email saying that the package with only the tool is sent. This is not correct at all because there is $49.99 for delivery, for an order of $200 with the knife ok, for an object at $30 it is not. I immediately made contact to cancel the order but I was told that it was no longer possible. Nobody asked me if I still wanted my order or not. I hope they will refund me for the shipping costs otherwise it is simply a scam and I do not recommend this site at all. As a gesture of goodwill they give me a $20 voucher, whereas if I want to buy another time the knife there will still be $49.99 for delivery, it's completely stupid.

Blade HQ is the best site to order EDCs and quality balisongs for all your flipping needs. They have a great and informative system for emails and tracking for being a small team, shoutout to Lisa Q she responded quickly.

Once again I have been helped to the max. Another asset to BladeHQ is Lisa Q. She helped me with a minimal issue but yet still an issue with a cheerful attitude towards it. Thank you Lisa Q.

I've always had a good experience with BladeHQ. They have a great selection of knives in all price ranges. And they have always been fast to respond to my emails. Recently Brooke has been really nice and very helpful. Employees like her make me a return customer. I'm waiting on the Maxace Black Mirror at the moment.

I am kind of on the center teeter at this point. I ordered a product which thru my own ignorance was incorrect. I simply paid for another product and sent the other back. Originally the wrong product came fast. I'm on day 2 and usps has not even stuck the paid postage to the box and I still have a preauth on my card. I think they are keeping my shipment in limbo until they get back the product I Originally paid for. To save shipping. I felt if i just paid for both I'd at least have had the one I wanted in the mail by now. Usps showe a sticker that was one hour in the future. At 400pm I saw a sticker print for 749pm. That is kind of wierd. As of the next day it still says it's not been received by usps

I ordered a Backordered item. After three weeks I called for order status and was told they had no idea of when they'd be receiving the item and couldn't tell me how many were backordered or where I was in line. Called again this morning after receiving a second notice from another company that they were again back in stock of the item I wanted. Again the Blade HQ C/S rep was polite but told me the same things.
I cancelled my order and place a new order with Knifeworks for $50 less for the same knife.

I have been a long time patron of BHQ's website and very rarely do I ever have issues, but occasionally things do happen that are outside of anyone's control. Recently, I ordered an orange and black Ontario Rat Model 1 for a gift, and when I received the knife, the proper box was received, however, the internal knife was of the wrong color. I quickly emailed BHQ for corrective actions and Branson B. came through for me. Not only did they go out of their way to ensure I received the proper knife and color, but went the extra mile to rush deliver it to me to make sure I received it in time to for my friend's birthday.

Thank you for not only having great products, but quality and caring customer service reps who go out of their way for the people who frequent the business. Im a proud BHQ customer and this just reinforces the reason why!

Found Blade HQ only a few months ago and have already given them around $1,000 on knives and accessories. Website is incredibly easy to navigate, their YouTube channel is fun and informative, customer service is very involved and they clearly care about what their customers needs and/or concerns, prices are very fair and processing/shipping is very quick.

I’ve yet to have any issue with BladeHQ or the products they sell. I’d imagine if there ever is an issue, they’d take care of it promptly and make it right in my eyes. Things happen, we’re all human. Although, the way they even take the time to respond to their customers concerns in reviews is a great sign. Their responses are never dismissive or snarky -even when some of their negative reviews are absolutely ridiculous; but instead very helpful and informative. I would expect the same treatment if I ever ran across a snag.

Short is BladeHQ is a quality online dealer with a HUGE stock, fair pricing, fast processing/shipping and packed very well.

Always great to find a top notch company that sells products you love.

I had ordered before and the shipping took awhile but I understand why as it was before Christmas and it was a bad time and it took 7 days. But now I ordered at 9:45 PM and the ordered was processed and shipped the next day. Plus the killer deals are always a big positive too!

I don't recommend BladeHQ and I'll never ever buy anything from them. My experience: I bought Guardian Tactical 040 OTF and paid 429$. Their web site ordered system checked my address, my email and my phone and confirmed they all are ok. I've received a confirmation email contained information that the order was received and money was blocked on my credit card. After 2 days I received an email and they wrote me that my order was canceled because they're not able to check if it wasn't a fraud. Nobody from BladeHQ contacted me first and tried to solve possible problem. I still don't know what the problem was if any because they told me nothing and I can't imagine what other information I should provide them to satisfy their 3rd party fraud protection team.
